Workshop Registration Policies

At A Better Place to Bead we offer workshops every Tuesday night from 5:30 to 8 p.m. During our workshops we teach the basic techniques of jewelry making. We also have workshops to teach specific techniques and how to make specific types of jewelry.

Our workshops are $10 per person, unless otherwise posted. This fee is non-refundable unless the workshop is cancelled.

Pre-registration is required and fees must be paid at the time of registration to ensure your place in the workshop. Registration may be made in person or by phone (we take Visa,Mastercard, or Discover). Cancellations prior to the workshop wil be appreciated, workshop fees are non-refundable and supplies must be purchased at our store.

February/March 2012 Workshop Schedule

• February 21st - 5:30-8:00 p.m (FREE for Feb. ONLY)
• March 6th - 5:30-8:00 p.m

Projects: 1 pair of earrings, 1 bracelet, 1 necklace (supplies not included.)

Description: Begin your beading experience in this fun and informative class. You will learn about the different basic stringing techniques, materials, findings and tools.

Projects: 1 bracelet. (supplies not included)

Description:In this class you'll learn how to take a woven bracelet to the next level. Come and learn how adding beads to a square knot braid leaves you with a unique and charming bracelet. Bring your friends along and make this bracelet your friendship bracelet.

Description: In this class you will learn about the wire gauges,tools and the techniques needed to create a cage for a non drilled pendant.

Description:This bracelet is an eye catching treasure, its so pretty you won't want to take it off. Learn how to create this masterpiece using jump rings and beading wire.

Description: This class is a bead weaving class.This stitch is done with needle and thread; its a good class to start your bead weaving journey.
