Is all its name implies...and more! This large retail store located in the heart of downtown Davis in MANSION SQUARE. Originally opened about 15 years ago and just recently expanded to include more room for worktables, classes and additional display racks for beads, tools and necklaces.
A Better Place to Bead offers an incredible selection of semi-precious stones, Czech glass beads, Swarovski crystals, fresh water pearls, pewter charms, sterling silver and gold-filled findings. The shop is known for having a helpful staff that is willing to show you patterns, easy methods and techniques to create personal jewelry from scratch. You can let your creativity run wild and express yourself with fabulous one-of-a-kind wearable art or we also have a selection of necklaces, earrings and bracelets all created by the staff and ready for you to wear or give as gifts.
